Hi there, it’s Jesly! I’m back, guest blogging about another recipe that my entire family loves! I found this on allrecipes.com a while ago and make this soup at least once or twice a month. Not only is it great for dinner, but it’s perfect for lunch as well. I was inspired to make it the other day due to the freezing weather we’ve been having.
I’m happy to introduce my dear friend, Jesly, as a guest blogger today. She and I have known each other since high school (for almost 20 years now, wow). Please welcome Jesly as she shares her take on this salmon cake recipe from Rachael Ray. Continue reading
This morning I got an email from my girlfriend informing me that it was National Egg Day. I can’t say I’ve heard of this before, but since I like eggs and her mom had recommended this recipe, I figured I’d give it a shot for dinner. I think it came out pretty good, so if you like eggs, cheese and tomato sauce, it’s worth a try. Continue reading
For leftover night I made paninis out of a few of the dinners Dana made this week. Dana had picked up some bakery bloomin’ onion bread which I used as the base. I used chicken and gravy from her Crockpot Whole Chicken, some roasted onions from her Roasted Potatoes, Chicken Sausage and Peppers dish and yogurt jalapeño cheese for kick.
I used this Cuisinart Panini Press to grill the panini until hot throughout and the cheese was melted. I also added some extra chicken gravy and a half sour pickle on the side.
